Seeking children’s coordinator for our summer conference

The CCLE is seeking a pre-Grammaticus coordinator for the children’s program at our annual summer conference. The coordinator will work with the executive director and Grammaticus coordinator to plan a three-and-a-half-day program for 3-5 year-olds, will manage a paid assistant and volunteers, organize supplies, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.

Desired qualifications include: 

• Experience working with preschool/kindergarten children
• Experience planning a schedule of age-appropriate, edifying activities
• Commitment to the Lutheran confessions
• LCMS membership in good standing
• Familiarity with classical Lutheran education
• Background check
