Classical Lutheran Teacher (Grades 4–7) Full-Time

Veritas Lutheran School seeks a faithful, organized and enthusiastic teacher to serve students in grades 4–7 in a Christ-centered, classical learning environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching the prescribed classical Lutheran curriculum with excellence and faithfulness

• Planning and delivering engaging daily lessons and appropriate homework

• Maintaining a well-ordered, beautiful, and disciplined classroom

• Assessing student progress through grading, attendance and report cards

• Communicating regularly and professionally with parents

• Supervising students during the school day, including chapel, lunch, recess and field trips

• Supporting student growth academically, socially and spiritually

• Participating in faculty meetings, school events and professional development

• Working toward or maintaining CCLE Classical Lutheran teacher certification

The ideal candidate will model Christian character, love working with children, and support the mission of classical Lutheran education.
