Advent Lutheran Classical School is seeking a candidate for lower elementary grades for the 2026-2027 School Year. ALCS is a rapidly growing 1st - 8th school located outside of Indianapolis, IN. The mission of ALCS is to train the heart, mind and habits of a child for undivided loyalty to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is achieved through exceptional education in the liberal arts tradition and Lutheran catechesis. ​

We anticipate about 60 kids for the upcoming school year, in 4 classrooms (some combined grades). We begin each day with Matins and the majority of our students are LCMS. Our families are committed to Lutheran and classical education. Entering into just our 5th year, we are a tight-knit community, with lots of parent support and participation, and incredible support from our congregation.

The ideal candidate has teaching experience and a desire to learn about and grow in classical pedagogy.
