This six-week intensive is designed for new and veteran classical Lutheran teachers and classical Lutheran school leaders to cultivate a culture of mentorship and sustainable excellence within the school. Recognizing that teachers are the "greatest asset" of our schools, this course moves our new teachers from merely "looking around" to "knowing the way around," focusing on classroom management as a form of leadership and the vocation of coaching newer colleagues to prevent burnout and premature departure from the profession.
