This course is designed to develop leaders marked by theological depth, a clear and compelling classical Lutheran vision, and practical wisdom, equipping them to serve faithfully and effectively in Lutheran schools. Emphasis is placed on grounding leadership in Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions, cultivating sound judgment and virtuous character, and applying these principles to the real work of guiding schools with clarity, integrity, and a commitment to forming students in Christ.
