Mr. Nathanael Hahn
Nathanael Hahn is the 7th–12th math and science teacher at Mount Hope Lutheran School in Casper, WY; he also teaches 3rd–4th grade choir and 9th grade music theory. When he isn't teaching, Nathanael enjoys spending time with his family, composing choral music, hiking, playing board games, and reading about math.
A Christian Philosophy of the Mathematical Arts
This presentation/paper will establish a philosophical foundation for math based on Western history and based on Christ—a foundation on which classical Christian math education can be built. This foundation has potential for immediate classroom application, so we will end with a discussion on practical application and time for group conversation.
