Immanuel Lutheran School, a JK-8 classical Lutheran academy in Alexandria, Virginia, is seeking lower school teachers for the 2012–13 school year for grades Kindergarten, Second, and Third. Confessional Lutherans who have the gift of teaching and a love for classical education, students and their subjects are encouraged to apply. An experienced LCMS teacher, a graduate of Concordia: River Forest, seeks a teaching position at a Classical Lutheran school. She has a BA in elementary education, an MLS in school library services, and 40 graduate credits beyond in elementary education, curriculum and instruction, emerging and family literacy, remedial reading, and ESL plus more. A new graduate of Hillsdale College is seeking a teaching position. She majored in Classical Studies and herexpertise is in Latin, but she can also teach English and History courses. She is living in Houston, TX right now and is a member of Memorial Lutheran Church, but is certainly willing to move wherever needed to teach.
